Halloween Dinner and Dance - October 28th

posted Oct 16, 2016, 12:37 PM by Deborah Langdon

Spooky Greetings Parents…………..

The time has come to start planning a wonderful evening for our princes and princesses, pirates and fairies, ghosts and goblins!

Parent council is holding our annual Halloween Boo-tacular family dance and dinner party on Friday October 28th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. We are looking forward to seeing all the great costumes once again this year. Cost of admission is a $5.00 bracelet per student. This gives the children access to games, dancing to a professional DJ, contests, scary sensory table, face painting and of course, our famous Haunted House! Pizza, drinks, chips and apples are available for order online through Cash Online.

As part of the decorations, each of our 8 classes will be given a pumpkin to decorate. Thank you to Mrs. Lindsay Delisle and to Christine Bussieres of BGM ReMax who is donating the 8 pumpkins to our school this year. At the end of the dance, the pumpkins will be raffled off to be taken home for Halloween.

But all of this does not magically happen; we require a little extra help. We require the help in a few positions to help the night go off without a hitch. Please look over the list below, and if there is something you can help us out with, we would greatly appreciate it! We work the evening in shifts so everyone gets a chance to watch and participate in the fun.

Please choose one area you would like to help us with.
